During the construction process unexpected moisture causes severe damage to building materials and affects current and/or future indoor air quality. In the event of mold development due to pipe breakage, roof leakage or high levels of humidity, Innovative Decon Solutions provides detection and decontamination services to aid in the construction process.
Innovative Decon Solutions (IDS) adheres to standard operating procedures and protocols developed by industrial hygienists. In addition to neutralizing mold, mold spores, mycotoxins, bacteria and viruses from the structure, IDS utilizes HEPA air filtration devices as well as HEPA vacuums to remove the neutralized spores following the decontamination process. The formulation is designed specifically as a general non-acid based antibacterial decontaminant cleanser and disinfectant. It is USEPA registered under Registration No. 80346-1/2 for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, hotels, restaurants and residential and public buildings as a fungicidal, virucidal, bactericidal Disinfectant/Decontaminant.
